Cornellians On Board:
Crystal Ramjattan, CEO, O.R.I.E 14′
After transferring to Cornell, Crystal’s entrepreneurial spirit allowed her to find and follow her passion. After exploring most of Cornell’s campus, Crystal set out to finally start a business of her own. Looking at the skills that she had, she decided to capitalize on one that she knew would be minimum risk, but also teach her valuable lessons. That is when she set out to observe her environment and look for something that she could start immediately. After searching for a while, Crystal found that there was a lack of beauty services in Ithaca. Particularly, she was a fan of an eyebrow shaping technique known as eyebrow threading. Eyebrow threading has been a hit amongst its clients and is now a highly acclaimed service that is being sought after by the hottest beauty editors and trendsetters. Because of this, Crystal decided to create her own company out of it. Although she is an engineering student, she enjoys making people feel beautiful and stresses the importance of eyebrow shaping on everyone. She brings her enthusiasm and techniques to the forefront with her company Campusbrows. For more information, visit www.campusbrows.com!
