Louis Berneman developed the original concept for Osage University Partners, based on his 15+ years of experience managing technology transfer offices on behalf of universities. Lou is currently the Managing Director of Texelerate, LLC, a technology transfer consultancy focused on investing in start-ups, royalty monetization, and licensing transactions. He is the former Managing Director of the Center for Technology Transfer of the University of Pennsylvania and the former Director of Licensing and Business Development for Virginia’s Center for Innovative Technology
